GSE provided expert testimony in the law suit of Arnold vs Scepter, a secondary aluminum facility in Greenville, Tennessee. GSE personnel reviewed the case file to become familiar with the complaint and the issues alleged. Then conducted a site visit to Spectra Aluminum in Greenville, TN to make observations of the melting furnaces while charging. GSE engineers also measured capture velocity using a handheld manometer and pitot tube.

GSE then supported the lawsuit in depositions and during the trial as requested by client.
