As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Morales is responsible for setting corporate policy, procedures, and daily operations of GSE. His administrative duties include employee evaluations, management of our accounting system, capital equipment purchases and legal affairs. Mr. Morales established the aquatic toxicology laboratory at GSE for which he successfully obtained Florida Department of Health and NELAC certification.  Mr. Morales has been active in environmental science since 1980.

Mr. Morales directs the industrial hygiene, environmental, hazardous waste, and bioassay disciplines at GSE. He has an extensive background in environmental data collection and interpretation. He is familiar with NIOSH, OSHA, USEPA, ASTM, ACGIH and many other monitoring methods and techniques which he has utilized to conduct monitoring projects. Mr. Morales has applied his extensive data collection and interpretation experience to the completion of over 300 projects in these disciplines.

Mr. Morales has lectured on field sampling, hazardous waste site safety and management, respirator training, and indoor air monitoring. He has helped obtain permits for consumptive use of water, lime rock mining, wastewater, and pretreatment program permits for GSE’s clients.  Mr. Morales is a qualified expert witness on air monitoring and ambient noise.
